Our office is located in the center of Great Neck, NY. If you are traveling on either the Long Island Expressway or the Northern State Parkway (Grand Central Parkway within the NY city limits) exit on Lakeville Road heading northbound. The street name changes to Middle Neck Road as you cross Northern Blvd. In the center of town you will see a 10 foot high clock stand on your right at the intersection of Middle Neck Road and Grace Avenue. Take Grace Avenue to the right (eastbound) for three blocks to the first traffic light at Barstow Road, our street. Turn left onto Barstow Road. The office is halfway down the block on the right side with valet parking under the building wiht the awning sigh: Barstow Medical Building.
